Every bay is watched by an Eagle EYE Box on the pit-lane camera. It detects the vehicle, the technician and the tools, estimates time-to-finish, and pushes a live link to the customer over LINE. Video is kept on-edge and auto-purged after 7 days.

MVP scope. This prototype mocks the operator console, the customer LINE view, the storage/retention model and the end-to-end flow. Live camera tiles, timers, the chatbot and the Vault countdown are simulated in-browser to show behaviour; a production build wires these to real Eagle EYE Box devices, the Engine API and the AI SNS IO messaging layer.
